We provide our customers with an innovative data platform to measure and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and are passionate about minimizing the industry's environmental impact and shaping a sustainable future. 
Since our founding in 2018, our team has grown continuously, and we have big plans ahead. 
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Client Solutions Manager with a strong consulting mindset who strives for the highest customer satisfaction and wants to help make the transport sector climate-friendly and data-driven.

Your mission
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to multinational shippers at various stages of their customer journey.
  • Provide expert advice on our product and processes, involving internal specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain proactive communication to understand client needs and support them in achieving their goals.
  • Identify cross- and upselling opportunities within your client portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with management and the development team, contributing ideas for product improvement.
  • Analyze customer data to continuously enhance service quality based on feedback.

Your profile
  • You are passionate about sustainability, logistics, and the role of data-driven insights in supporting decarbonization.
  • You have at least one year of practical experience in B2B customer support, ideally with software products.
  • You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are self-organized, think strategically, explain complex topics clearly, and break down challenges into manageable parts.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills.
  • You enjoy working in a friendly and engaging environment.
