We're a team of around 45 people in Hamburg, and we're looking for the person who becomes the expert voice on emissions methodology — internally and in the market

Your mission

Conceptualize, manage and monitor cloud resources to improve overall performance and maintain efficiency
Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, efficient, and automated software delivery.
Drive our information security practices within engineering to help keep our architecture scalable, safe and compliant
Explore and champion AI-assisted and agentic workflows across Product, Engineering, and other business functions, identifying opportunities for automation and implementing practical AI-powered workflows.
Build and maintain observability via Datadog to support other teams
Mentor other teams on DevOps best practices

Your skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of relevant professional engineering experience, including substantial hands-on experience with DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or cloud infrastructure.
Experience deploying infrastructure via Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experience with information security topics and practices, including working with an Information Security Management System (ISMS), security controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.

Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling and building AI-assisted, agentic and automated workflows across Product and Engineering.
German language skills are a nice-to-have, not required
Experience working with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tooling, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and reliable data processing workflows, is a nice-to-have.
