Your mission

Work closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, including corporate partnerships, sustainability projects, and market expansion strategies.
Support business development efforts by identifying and engaging with large enterprises, positioning shipzero’s solutions effectively.
Develop and implement transformation strategies to help corporate clients integrate sustainability practices and climate action into their logistics operations.
Conduct industry research and analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the sustainability and logistics landscape.
Prepare and present strategic recommendations, reports, and business cases for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with corporate clients to drive meaningful sustainability transformations.

Your skills

2-4 years of experience in a top-tier consultancy or similar strategic role, ideally in business transformation, sustainability, or logistics.
Strong understanding of transformation processes, corporate strategy, and business development.
Experience in working with large corporates and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Passion for sustainability and an interest in driving impact within the logistics sector.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work closely with leadership.
