Your mission

Manage the continual development and implementation of our book and claim services within the shipzero Book and Claim tool and databases.
With a blend of technical knowledge and excellent program management skills, you will work directly with clients, as well as our product team, ensuring we meet, and exceed, our client’s expectations.
Serve as a domain expert, client liaison and orchestrator for delivering high-quality results, coordinating our Book and Claim system.
Work closely with our clients in the logistics and transportation industry to understand their business and its needs.
As the owner of the topic, you support the continuous improvements in our product delivery and feed into the product development process, to ensure that our tools are meeting exactly our client’s needs.

Your skills

You are familiar with transport-related GHG calculations and reporting standards including GLEC and ISO 14083
You have experience with chain of custody models e.g. mass balance, book and claim
You have experience with database systems (SQL) and can comprehend data pipelines and the interconnected role of different models within them
You are proficient in English and ideally German
You maintain a holistic perspective of our Book and Claim system, understanding how its various components interrelate and thrive for constant improvements
In case challenges arise, you identify the right people within our organization and collaborate with them to address the issue, ensuring long-term solutions are developed and implemented
You are comfortable working with external stakeholders including clients, supply chain partners and industry bodies.
You have a willingness to quickly learn new topics and readily adapt to changing needs in a continuously evolving field.
Desirable: experience with sustainability certifications and labels in transport and logistics
